What’s Cooking ~ Yummy (End Of) Summer Recipes

Summer may be coming to an end, but there’s still time to make some delicious warm-weather goodness before the leaves turn.

Our AgeCare chefs have gathered 3 of our resident’s favorite recipes this summer, that you can make right in your own kitchen.

You’ll definitely want to give these a try!

1. Cloud Biscuits

These biscuits are a simple but delicious family favourite, and versatile for any meal and any season.

Add some warm butter and homemade jam for a breakfast treat or serve with Sunday supper.

For an added twist, try adding shredded cheese, raisins or dried cranberries for a little something different.

2. Butter Chicken

This bistro favourite is flavourful, creamy and mildly spiced as far as Indian curries go. Light enough to enjoy at the end of summer but rich enough to get you excited for fall.

Served on a bed of jasmine rice and with a side of buttery naan bread, this aromatic dish will surely excite your senses.
